He's back!!! Come to LUCAR Farms, June 8, 9, & 10, 2012, for an opportunity to meet, ride with, and learn from Josh Lyons, himself! Read more....  on what you may have missed last year at our 2011 Symposium and Rider Clinic with Josh.

Student Testimonial

I have gained a great appreciation of what a horse and rider can accomplish. In the saddle, I have gained more confidence in myself from your teachings of pressure and release and how to control speed without having to pull on the reins. As a trainer you have the ability to change the lesson plan according to what you see happening or not happening with ease. You have a great sense of your students ability, and know when to gently push on and when to step back in a lesson. You communicate very well as to what to expect from my horse and are very approachable if I don't understand the lesson. With your understanding of horses and riders I really believe you have found your calling as a trainer.

Two Minds - One Ride

Kim and
I LOVE to teach!! That passion coupled with my love
of horses has made becoming a John & Josh Lyons altCertified Trainer the most rewarding experience of my life! I would do it all again in a hoofbeat!

Attitude is everything in life and a positive attitude is the one tool I ask my students to bring with them before they ride their horses! See your best ride...feel it deep inside and that is what you will manifest! Add a bucket of patience, some common sense training methods and a sense of humour and you will be amazed at what you and your horse will accomplish!

I work with horse owners on their goals, not mine. Each person has a dream, a personal goal that he or she wishes to achieve with the horse. Whether that goal is to work safely around the horse on the ground, have the horse stand still to mount, load calmly on cue into the trailer, control the speed and direction of the horse while riding or perfect the perfect stop etc....I am grateful to have this opportunity and I thank each and everyone of my students who has permitted me to pass on what I have learned and share in their accomplishments. "Good for you!" John Lyons would say...good for you!!

The only thing that I have found that surpasses the thrill of completing the Certification program is the thrill and fulfillment I receive everytime I work with students and their horses. To be able to empower, pass on this knowledge and share in the excitement as my students accomplish things with their horses that even they did not believe possible, fills me with such a sense of awe and a feeling as if I could do this forever......taking "Two Minds on One Ride".

June 8-10, 2012

We are very excited to, once again, host Josh Lyons as he conducts a 3-Day Rider Clinic, here at LUCAR Farms in Clarence Creek, Ontario, Canada.

On June 8 - 10, 2012 Josh will do what he does best, helping horse people communicate better with their horses and thus improving the performance and enhancing the confidence of both.

No surprise to us, we have riders from last years clinic signed up. These riders know full well that once is never enough and that there is always something new to learn about horse and training,...especially from Josh Lyons!!

With 5 spaces remaining I urge you not to wait!! For more details on how to reserve your spot go to my

We are truly blessed and not a day goes by where we forget that fact!! To each one of you I know that someday we will have an opportunity to meet somewhere out there...........On The Trail!

Take care,
